Recroo is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Hospitality Front Office Agents to join our clients' front desk team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in and check-out experience. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will play a vital role in fostering a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide prompt check-in and check-out services
- Manage reservations, answer inquiries, and provide information about the property and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
- Process payments and handle cash accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computer systems and booking software
- Preference will be given to candidates who speak multiple different languages
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
