SASMAR is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Operations to join our team. With our headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium, and operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
As the Director of Sales Operations at SASMAR, you will lead and oversee all aspects of sales operations to drive revenue growth and maximize sales team productivity. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and optimize the sales process, including lead generation, account management, and sales forecasting
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Oversee the development and maintenance of sales performance metrics and dashboards
- Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, including training and performance evaluations
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and distributors
- Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
