Purpose of Position:
To design, coordinate, and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects and upgrades within the aerodrome, ensuring efficient integration, compliance, and optimal performance of systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and manage small-scale MEP projects, ensuring integration with existing aerodrome infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
- Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets to keep projects within financial constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and aerodrome management to achieve project objectives
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring quality and adherence to regulations
- Incorporate sustainable practices, such as energy-efficient technologies, into projects
- Prepare detailed documentation, including progress reports, as-built drawings, and handover materials
- Address technical issues during or after implementation to minimize operational disruptions

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and relevant industry standards
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with sustainability measures in engineering projects
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and cost estimations
- Willingness to attend training and work in a dynamic, operationally critical environment
