Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Representative at Paphos Sea Cruises. The Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling cruise packages, handling reservations, and assisting with on-board activities. This role will be primarily based in Paphos Municipality, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Sales, and Communication skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Knowledge of the tourism industry or related experience
- Flexibility and Adaptability to changing circumstances
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus
