We are looking for:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Officer with expertise in HR operations, HRIS and digitalization processes. The ideal candidate will have experience using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to optimize HR functions and support our digital transformation. This role also involves some reception duties, filing, and scanning to ensure seamless HR operations.
As an HR Operations Officer you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform, updated employee records, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system updates, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Support the HR team in processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Develop and refine HR policies and procedures in line with organizational needs.
- Participate in HR projects, such as system migrations, immigration, performance management initiatives, or process improvements.
- Coordinate external training programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Manage digital filing and scanning of documents.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and addressing questions.
- Provide general administrative and reception support.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in one or more HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, BambooHR) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
