About the role
One of our associates is currently for an experienced Platform Product Manager / Operations Manager with a robust background in online casino operations. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle and operational efficiency of our casino platform, ensuring optimal performance, and delivering an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, and customer support) to deliver product enhancements.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify opportunities for platform improvements.
- Develop and oversee operational processes to ensure seamless platform performance and scalability.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and implement updates as required.
- Lead initiatives to optimize platform features, payment integrations, and game offerings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess platform success and implement necessary adjustments.
- Act as a point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in platform management or operations within the online casino or iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of online gaming platforms, payment systems, and game providers.
