Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Business/System Analyst to join our office in Limassol. The right person will be fully involved in the product development and business needs, and they will be ready to become a part of our highly professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and decomposing business tasks related to web applications;
- Gathering and analyzing requirements for the integration of web applications with backend systems;
- Developing and maintaining detailed product documentation, including protocol interactions between systems;
- Managing documentation for web applications;
- Collaborating with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector, preferably with web applications;
- Experience with forex markets or trading experience would be considered as an advantage;
- Strong understanding of frontend-backend interaction processes;
- Expertise in working with technical documentation and integration protocols;
- Ability to systematize and describe complex business processes in detail;
- Experience in managing documentation for projects involving multiple applications, particularly critical ones;
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and business teams;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and under tight deadlines
