We are seeking for a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to take over the smooth operation of the Front Office Desk at our Office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Covering and supporting Front Desk/ Reception by handling visitors, operating a multi-line telephone system, managing incoming/ outgoing packages and mail.
- Organizing and filing physical documents and maintaining digital records
- Managing invoices and receipts.
- Maintaining office supplies
- Assisting the Management in key administrative functions
- Performing any other relevant duties that may be requested or required by the Management of the Company.
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior years of experience in administrative roles will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (Office, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
