This role is essential for maintaining client satisfaction, resolving trade-related issues, and upholding the integrity of trading operations. Your expertise in Forex and your ability to handle high-pressure situations will contribute significantly to the company's success and client trust.

Reporting to: Head of Customer Experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve trade-related inquiries and issues from clients and partners efficiently
- Investigate discrepancies in trades, ensuring accurate resolutions and maintaining trading integrity
- Communicate effectively with clients to address and resolve their concerns, providing clear and reasonable solutions in line with company guidelines
- Collaborate closely with the dealing team and client-facing teams to resolve trade-related issues promptly
- Ensure accurate and efficient trade execution, maintaining high standards of service
- Utilize advanced knowledge of MT4, MT5, cTrader client terminals, and manager tools to support trading operations
Candidate profile:
- Deep understanding of the Forex market
- 2+ years of experience in risk or dealing related positions with success record in trade support or similar roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in trade execution and issue resolution
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and efficiency during high-stress situations
- Proficiency in using MT4, MT5, cTrader client terminals, and manager tools
- Strong Excel skills are required
- Willingness to work on shifts to provide continuous support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ARMS and Tapaas systems
- Understanding of Copy Trading and PAMM trading
