We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Head of Dealing to join our Cyprus office.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the process of order acceptance and execution in line with the order execution policy
· Supervising the process of monitoring of the trading system.
· Overseeing and managing market risk and liquidity risk within trading operations. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of client activity
· Monitor transactions for Market Abuse
· Assessing clients requesting for a Professional status conversion
· Perform competitors’ analysis
· Prepare monthly daily, weekly and monthly checks/reports (i.e. Best Execution reports)
· Prepare CySEC reporting obligations relevant to client’s trading
· Supervising the quality of financial instrument quotations.
· Collaborating with the Customer Support Department and the Legal and Compliance Department in reviewing customer complaints.
· Notifying the Legal and Compliance Department of operational incidents that may impact client transactions.
· Monitoring cash balance and margin utilization on hedge accounts
· Supervising the execution of tasks related to mitigating financial risk associated with maintaining open positions on financial instruments.
· Providing support to the Compliance Department for the purpose of responding to customer complaints
· Issuing documents at the request of clients, such as confirmation of dividend payment and withholding tax as well as proof of ownership
· Overseeing operations related to the administration and management of trading and liquidity systems.
· Continuously tracking and analyzing trends to enhance the structure of software, trading tools, and the development potential of current database applications supporting trading.
Key Skills/Experience:
· University degree in Finance, Business, Science, Engineer or related field.
· 3+ year experience within the CFDs/Forex industry working in a similar role is essential.
· Professional qualification such as CySEC Advanced is a must. AML is considered as an advantage.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and in English. Additional language is an advantage.
· Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel).
· High attention to details, organizational and presentation skills.
· Able to work on own initiative, independently and prioritize workload.
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
