We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Foster a positive, competitive, and high-performance sales culture within the team.
- Provide regular sales performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Analyse data to assess market trends, sales performance, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry;
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets;
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages;
- Leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performance sales teams;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
