YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an Operations Officer to join our Limassol based team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
The Operations Officer will be an expert in operations and responsible to cover; KYC, Payments,
Backoffice, CRM duties and Screening.
How will you add value to Zarvista growth?
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinating workflow between back office, customer support and sales.
· Providing incoming clients with support in relation to account onboarding.
· Providing existing clients with ongoing support in relation to the operation of their account.
· Working with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are resolved.
· Managing website live chat, phone and email communication channels when required.
· Ensure that all duties are performed in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and Due diligence controls
· Work in synergy as a unit to achieve team-wide Operation objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
· Willingness to upskill and foster good client relationship management and multi-tasking skills.
· Must be based in Cyprus.
· Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM
· systems
· Experience in supporting client’s inquiries.
· Fluent in English, verbal and written. Additional languages will be an advantage (Arabic,
· Spanish)
· Minimum 1 year in a similar role in the Financial Industry is a must.
