Position: Full-time in Cyprus office:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance team member to handle the onboarding of new clients in accordance with the guidelines and regulations
Position: Cyprus residence ONLY
Gender: This position is open to both women and men.
Requirements:
• 2+ years prior experience in payment industry compliance roles and/or in onboarding clients back office – A must
• Legal degree – an advantage
• Superior attention to small details in order to identify and correct risky practices
• Strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing – A must
• Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from interfaces
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies
Responsibilities:
• Managing the potential clients (companies) Due Diligence process with every partner the Company engaged.
• Research companies requesting Solid Payments services to determine whether they meet our compliance/regulatory standards
• Leading multiple onboarding processes with potentials clients in parallel
• Evaluate companies’ documentation and follow guidelines and checklist as per policy.
• Preform screening and web checks for potential clients consistently.
• Communication with our partners banks and follow their policies
• KYC and AML checks on potential clients during onboarding process.
