Job Description:

At Fidelity, we are looking for a dynamic Sales and E-commerce Executive to join our team. This role is central in managing the dual responsibilities of welcoming customers in-store and driving the growth of our e-commerce platforms ( https://www.thepcshopcyprus.com https://www.fidelitycenter.com.cy https://www.fidelity.com.cy ). The ideal candidate will blend exceptional interpersonal skills with a strategic understanding of online retail operations to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in-store, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Manage and update the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring products are accurate and optimized for online sales.
Monitor e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for growth.
Handle customer inquiries and orders across both physical and online channels, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online promotions, campaigns, and strategies that align with in-store efforts.
Conduct regular quality checks on the e-commerce store to ensure smooth functionality and a user-friendly experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales and e-commerce to keep the company competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or e-commerce, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify, or equivalent).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in-person and online.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on insights.

• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media, is a plus.

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
