Your Role:

🔹 Oversee and coordinate your service area

🔹 Ensure top-tier guest experiences and smooth daily operations

🔹 Train and motivate the waitstaff team

🔹 Maintain high standards of service and professionalism

🔹 Work closely with management to enhance customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a busy restaurant/bar

✅ Strong leadership and communication skills

✅ Passion for hospitality and customer service

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

✅ Fluency in English (Greek language is a plus)
