On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious longevity and top-tier medical clinic in Limassol, we are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Patient Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, service excellence, and operational efficiency. As a Patient Manager, you will be the bridge between patients and the clinic’s medical team, ensuring an exceptional patient journey from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (applicants without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome).
Prior experience in patient coordination, customer relations, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills in English & Greek (additional languages are an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and appointment scheduling software.
A background in holistic healthcare is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Patient Experience & Care Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective patients exploring medical solutions.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with patients regarding test results, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
Educate patients about clinic services, procedures, and treatment options to ensure an informed experience.
Greet and assist patients warmly, ensuring a personalized and comfortable visit.
Guide patients throughout their journey—from lab tests to doctor consultations and follow-up treatments.
Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, always striving for the highest standard of service.

Operations & Appointment Management:

Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic resource utilization.
Confirm and remind patients of their appointments to minimize no-shows.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Liaise with other departments for seamless coordination and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Compliance:

Recruit, train, and supervise reception and concierge staff while fostering a positive work environment.
Set high service standards for the team, proactively anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
Implement safety and security protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
