This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, service excellence, and operational efficiency. As a Patient Manager, you will be the bridge between patients and the clinic’s medical team, ensuring an exceptional patient journey from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (applicants without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome).
- Prior experience in patient coordination, customer relations, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Greek (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and appointment scheduling software.
- A background in holistic healthcare is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Patient Experience & Care Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective patients exploring medical solutions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with patients regarding test results, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
- Educate patients about clinic services, procedures, and treatment options to ensure an informed experience.
- Greet and assist patients warmly, ensuring a personalized and comfortable visit.
- Guide patients throughout their journey—from lab tests to doctor consultations and follow-up treatments.
- Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, always striving for the highest standard of service.
Operations & Appointment Management:
- Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic resource utilization.
- Confirm and remind patients of their appointments to minimize no-shows.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Liaise with other departments for seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Compliance:
- Recruit, train, and supervise reception and concierge staff while fostering a positive work environment.
- Set high service standards for the team, proactively anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Implement safety and security protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
