Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior managerial role within a high-end hospitality or restaurant setting.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
Strong business expertise with the ability to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for guest experience and maintaining high service standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day management.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Drive marketing initiatives and events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Handle guest feedback and ensure exceptional service is delivered at all times.
Innovate and adapt to industry trends to keep the restaurant at the forefront of the market.
Ensure entertainment activities align with the company's vision and guest expectations.
Coordinate and oversee performances, shows, and special events.
