Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior managerial role within a high-end hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong business expertise with the ability to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
