Action Global Communications, an independent full-service marketing communications agency, is looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Nicosia, Cyprus.
The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of digital trends, and exceptional organisational skills to support the marketing manager in achieving the company's objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, managing digital channels, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support in planning and executing internal and external marketing initiatives in line with overall company objectives
- Manage digital and social media channels, including creating and maintaining content calendars. Post regularly on social media platforms and monitor engagement metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media
- Support in implementing strategies to grow brand presence and enhance reputation
- Work closely with designers, editors, and content creators to bring marketing concepts to life, while ensuring that content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Prepare presentations, marketing decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong organisational practices to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Assist in organising and coordinating marketing events and activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or Communications.
- 1-2 years of previous experience within a similar role.
- Additional certifications in digital marketing or social media management will be considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital trends and social media best practices.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is a must.
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Familiarity with WordPress is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing platforms (eg. MailChimp) is a plus
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- A keen eye for detail and a high standard for quality output.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a collaborative environment.
