Job description: Secretary

We seek a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide essential administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and colleagues.
Assist with the preparation of meetings and take minutes as required.
Support other team members with various tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma; additional qualifications as a secretary or in office administration are a plus.
