What you'll do:
• Coordinating office operations and working closely with our distributors
• Managing product inventory and financial records
• Providing customer support in office, via phone and email, including updates on order status, delivery inquiries, product information, pricing, and availability
• Handling online store orders and shipments
• Preparing reports for management
We are looking for a candidate with:
• Over 1 year of experience in a similar position ( Sales specialist, Operations specialist, Customer care specialist)
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for customer experience
• Fluent Greek and Russian as a must
