Key Responsibilities:
- Place purchase orders to suppliers
- Get product info from vendors (price, availability, delivery)
- Follow up on delivery dates and back orders with suppliers
- Provide shipping instructions to vendors and forwarders
- Find best prices from forwarders
- Claim and book freight costs
- Assist Product Manager with purchasing activities
- Book all invoices
- Re-invoice to ASBIS subsidiaries and customers (dropship)
- Upload regular price lists into the system
- Create new SKUs with descriptions and logistic data
- Share supply info with offices/customers (lead time, EOL status, replacements)
- Send and manage backlogs to offices (change/move/cancel)
- Assist ASBIS offices with their requests
- Maintain purchasing documents, files, and records
- Keep records of placed purchase orders
- Assist with intercompany requests (find missed invoices, request CN copies, update statements)
- Help vendors and ASBIS RMA department if needed
- Handle stock rotation requests and follow up
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Russian is a benefit, but not necessary
