Role Summary
We’re looking for a Head of Accounting to help us manage our finances as we grow. In this role, you will be leading our finance team in managing all accounting and financial reporting activities. You will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of our financial records and provide strategic guidance for our business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance as well as extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing financial records, transactions and reports for funds
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conducting financial audits and reconciliations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- VAT Submission
- Any other accounting related tasks
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- ACCA is a must
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance with demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Fluent in English and Greek
