TERNA S.A., member of GEK TERNA GROUP S.A. is seeking for a:

Mechanical Site Engineer (Building Project)

Main responsibilities:

Supervises and coordinates procedures for the Building Project under construction, related to Mechanical sector
Prepares and reviews technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for Mechanical equipment
Collects specifications for mechanical materials and equipment in collaboration with Procurement Department
Participates in the preparation and monitoring of Contracts, drafting of Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate
Participates in preparation and monitoring of contracts and oversees contractual obligations of third parties (providers, subcontractors etc.)
Provides technical guidance and support to project teams and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Prepares reports on weekly / monthly basis and informs Project Manager about work progress

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering TEI / AEI
3+ year of relevant experience in construction of office building, hotel complex and building renovation
Desired experience as a Site engineer or/and in a technical Project office
Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, MS Project scheduling and AutoCAD design
Excellent command of spoken and written English (C2)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
