Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs across various companies in Athens
- Provide support in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews
- Assist Spanish-speaking candidates throughout the relocation process, ensuring a smooth transition to their new roles and life in Greece
- Arrange and conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new hires effectively
- Maintain communication with candidates, addressing their concerns and helping them adapt to their new environment
- Foster relationships with local agencies and assist clients in navigating local job markets
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous
- Experience in recruitment, human resources, or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and facilitating successful relocations
