We are looking for a Head of Web3 to lead our new exciting initiative and bring our vision to life.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Web3, you will hands-on design, develop, and manage our token. You’ll ensure it integrates smoothly across platforms, creates value for users, and supports our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a multi-platform token with real-world applications.
- Define how the token will benefit users and align with business strategies.
- Leverage the token to unlock gamification opportunities, drive user engagement.
- Implement blockchain solutions to make the token functional and accessible.
- Ensure compatibility across iGaming and other systems.
- Build relationships with casinos and sportsbooks to promote token adoption.
- Work with event teams to offer exclusive rewards for token holders.
- Develop creative ways for users to earn and use the token.
- Keep up with Web3 trends to continuously improve the token.
- Build and lead a team focused on Web3 projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and meet goals.
Qualifications:
- Broad experience with blockchain technology, token development, and managing decentralized ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, with a focus on practical applications.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance tokenomics strategies.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling blockchain projects, including multi-platform token systems.
- Solid track record of driving adoption and utility for tokens within large-scale ecosystems.
- Prior exposure to the iGaming industry or similar fields is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams across technical and strategic functions.
- Exceptional project management skills with a focus on delivering high-impact outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to foster partnerships and stakeholder alignment.
