As a Content Creator at Phileleftheros Group, you will:
- Ideate, develop and execute visually stunning, engaging, and shareable content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Ideate, develop and manage content calendars for social media channels, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach.
- Analyze audience engagement data and campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine our social media strategy and support marketing goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall content objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, social media platform updates, and best practices to keep our digital presence at the forefront of innovation.

- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- A proven track record of creating high-performing content that drives engagement and growth.
- Experience designing and editing visuals using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent software.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics, with the ability to interpret data and apply insights effectively.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative with a high sense of responsibility.
- A creative and adaptable mindset that thrives on innovation and problem-solving.
