Description WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support. The candidate will be part of the IT team and he will be responsible for:
- Supporting and maintaining the company's software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, wireless network & IP telephony
- Setting-up network components and devices
- Setting-up end-users' devices
- Handle troubleshooting operating systems, applications, network issues and requests from end-users regarding issues related to software or hardware
- Assisting in troubleshooting and configuring backbone operational problems
- Implementing networks/data security measures and maintaining backup policies
Requirements
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information and Communications Technologies, Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or similar field.
Necessary skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an IT Support
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and experience with TCP/IP
- Good knowledge of Linux Operating Systems
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11 Pro)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge in Troubleshooting of H/W (Laptops, Printers etc.) will be appreciated
Desired Skills
- Relevant Certifications in IT or Networking will be appreciated
