Responsibilities
- Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
- Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content and user behavior
- Monitor user interactions to gather insights that aid in improving community engagement
- Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistency during moderation
- Collaborate with team members to establish best practices for content moderation
- Provide feedback on trends and user behavior for ongoing enhancements in community management
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of moderation practices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Professionalism in handling sensitive situations and providing constructive feedback
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
