3NK Engineers & Architects is seeking an Interior Architect to join our growing creative Design team in a full time basis. If you are energized by interior design, teamwork, a hands-on environment, and interaction with clients, vendors, architects and engineers, this Interior Designer position is for you.

What You Will Do
- Develop plans and conceptualize design ideas for the interiors of small and large scale residential, workspace and commercial projects, based on client's needs
- Develop plans, 3d visualizations and detailed construction drawings
- Complete specifications and purchase lists (colours, materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, decorations etc.) within a fixed budget, based on market research and quote sourcing
- Follow and keep up to date to interior design trends, materials and advancements
- Keep within budgets and timelines
- Compose and present reports, proposals and design presentations
- Cooperate and liaise with internal and external teams and clients to ensure design integrity
Requirements
- Interior Architect or Interior Designer (Bachelor degree)
- Proven working experience as an Interior Architect of 2+ years is considered a plus (please attach your portfolio)
- Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp (or similar), Vray, Twinmotion (or similar), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in in Greek and English.
