Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell various products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and exploring new business opportunities
- Utilize sales techniques and effective communication to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally
- Document all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve client satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive sales approach
- Result-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales goals
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and maintain professionalism
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
