We are looking for a passionate, results-driven, and experienced Head of SEO to lead our organic search strategy and execution across licensed markets. Your expertise in SEO within the iGaming industry and licensed brands will ensure we stay ahead in an ever-evolving landscape.
It is an on-site role in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of licensed markets.
- Work closely with marketing, product, content, design, and development teams to align SEO initiatives with broader company objectives.
- Regularly update stakeholders on SEO performance metrics, insights, and strategy adjustments. Provide actionable recommendations to improve visibility and traffic.
- Take full responsibility for all SEO-related activities, including budget management, forecasting, and ensuring ROI targets are met or exceeded.
- Align SEO strategies with other marketing channels (e.g., PPC, social media, content marketing) to create cohesive campaigns that maximize overall impact.
- Build, manage, and inspire an internal team of SEO specialists. Mentor and develop team members to ensure continuous professional growth and high performance.
- Act as the main point of contact for external agencies and consultants. Ensure deliverables are met and aligned with strategic goals.
- Ensure all SEO efforts meet the highest standards of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices. Monitor and optimize site architecture, speed, crawlability, and overall performance, including managing SEO for single-page applications (SPAs).
- Tailor SEO strategies to align with the specific regulations and user behaviors of licensed markets.
- Stay updated with industry developments, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO trends. Proactively adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues, whether through technical fixes, creative content strategies, or other solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience in the iGaming industry.
- At least 3+ years in a managerial role, leading teams and SEO initiatives.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years working with SEO for licensed brands in regulated markets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of SEO for single-page applications (SPAs).
- Advanced data analysis skills to interpret traffic patterns, keyword performance, and other key metrics.
- Ability to perform detailed SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends.
