KULT Boutiques are looking to hire a Store Supervisor with passion and drive for our boutiques in Limassol, at Casino complex, City of Dreams Mediterranean.
Located on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, KULT is a string of boutiques which showcases both designer menswear and womenswear, while constantly striving to exceed expectations in the luxury retail environment. KULT began in 1998, with the aim of providing Thanos resorts and hotels’ guests an exclusive shopping experience and then continued its journey into the cities with two standalone boutiques. Today’s four locations, KULT Almyra, KULT Anassa, KULT Limassol Tower One and KULT Nicosia are well established multi brand boutiques with international brands, showcased alongside emerging designers. This year KULT opened a new location, in the new luxury Casino complex, City of Dreams Mediterranean. Our recent expansion mirrors the need to constantly evolve and explore the new borders of cutting-edge fashion and trends.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual and store Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times
- Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients
- Demonstrate a sound product expertise, engage clients through the details of our brands and stories of our products.
- Problem-solving and a problem solution-based mind frame.
- In partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client.
- Responsible along with the store team and management for the stock of the boutique, including organizing stock on floor and in stock room.
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the Boutique through understanding and complying with operating procedures.
- Assist the Store Manager with supervision of the shop, evaluate staff performance, reply to the emails related to the shop, manage customer complaints and replace the Store Manager when absent from work.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Store Supervisor in high luxury retail industry.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Russian, or any other language will be considered as an advantage.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints.
- You are an empathic and agile talent, that has already discovered the field of retail or hospitality for at least two years.
- You have a strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
- The ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication.
- You provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.
- The ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
