Our client, a private firm with a close-knit team is seeking an experienced professional to support the CEO and help manage the operations of thier Group of Companies..
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle corporate matters of the Group of Companies such as liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors and dealing with legal documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships both internally and externally, utilizing your broad network to help achieve the executive's goals.
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties, including managing calendar, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
- Arrange travel and related tasks such as booking tickets and accommodation.
- Provide assistance as needed to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones and greeting in visitors/guests.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience and strong understanding of corporate matters and legal documentation.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of compliance procedures.
- Fluent in English. Greek and/or Russian as an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Solution-focused with a ‘can do’ attitude and hands on approach.
