Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound shipments from suppliers to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Coordinate office setup and maintenance, including workspace organization and equipment maintenance.
- Handle bill payments and maintain accurate financial records for budgeting and expense tracking.
- Coordinate tasks related to office functionality, such as scheduling maintenance, managing office supplies, and coordinating with IT support when needed (Fridge and snacks being stocked).
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment;
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- English and Greek - Advanced level;
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
- Sense of humour and stress resistance.
