Your contribution will be vital in designing and developing high-performance integrations and components that power our trading platforms. You will lead technical initiatives, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced C++ engineer passionate about crafting robust, low-latency systems in a dynamic, agile environment.
As our
Senior C++ Engineer, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Platform Development: Design, develop, and optimize integrations and components for high-speed, low-latency trading platforms
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the performance of trading platforms to ensure efficiency and reliability under heavy loads
- Architectural Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, architects, and developers to design and deploy systems aligned with business needs
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit, automation, and performance tests, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to maintain high-quality standards
- Upholding Best Practices: Adhere to robust development and design principles, contributing to the continuous improvement of software development lifecycle processes
- Agile Participation: Actively collaborate in agile ceremonies, contributing to backlog grooming and process improvement initiatives with Business Analysts
About You
- Experience:
- Strong expertise in C++ programming, including paradigms, constructs, and idioms
- Proven experience in high-speed, low-latency environments
- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of design and development principles
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jira
- Experience integrating with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 Plugins & APIs) is a plus
- Soft Skills:
- A proactive mindset with curiosity and a passion for continuous learning
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
