Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Technician at AC Goldman Solutions & Services GSS Ltd in Nicosia, Cyprus. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, offering customer service, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems on-site.
Qualifications
- At least a college diploma in the field of Computer Science or a related field
- Two (2) years of work experience in IT after obtaining the required academic degree
- One (1) year of cumulative exclusive work experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Products and/or at least six (6) months of work experience in network management (LAN/WAN)
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Experience in Information Technology and Customer Service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
