We are looking for an Junior Web Administrator to be part of the team responsible for the management, maintenance and monitoring of our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities
· Manage Product Lists
· 1st Level Technical Support and Troubleshooting
· Manage website content and orders through CMS
· Liaise with vendors for advanced Support and Troubleshooting
· Manage website Adverts
· Cooperate with Customer Experience Department for Customer related issues
· Track, compile and analyse web data
· Regularly perform website health checks and website performance audits
· Perform website content audits
· Create and maintain software documentation
· Stay up to date with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
· Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
Requirements
· BS in computer science or a related field
· An understanding of how web applications and CMS work
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS will be considered an advantage
· Knowledge of DynamicWeb will be considered an advantage
· Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process will be considered an advantage
· Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
