Their mission involves designing and overseeing residential buildings, luxury apartment complexes, housing developments, prominent commercial properties, and industrial projects.
They are currently looking for an experienced and talented Architect to become part of their dynamic team.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role is essential.
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D programs or other similar packages.
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Vray.
- An exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Highly motivated, passionate, and energetic.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create initial design concepts that meet the client's needs and adhere to regulations.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present design ideas and proposals to clients for approval.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project development.
- Develop timelines for project milestones and manage the overall project schedule.
- Keep up with industry trends, new technologies, and changes in building codes and regulations.
- Participate in professional organizations, conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
