DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile bookkeeping entries
- Executing online payments in line with company's procedures
- Perform bank reconciliations and other control reconciliations
- Monitoring corporate payments (supplier invoices & ad-hoc) as per internal company corporate payments procedure
- Produce ad-hoc accounting reports and analysis of accounting information
- Liaise with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Achieve to company internal control procedures
- Any other duties as assigned by Management/Head of Finance.
- Manage financial records and maintain the accuracy of accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in the financial planning process.
- Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Review and manage payment processing procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required
- Substantial experience in finance, preferably within the forex industry or a related financial services sector, is essential
- A deep understanding of financial regulations requirements relevant to the forex industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities
- High ethical standards and integrity are critical for maintaining trust and credibility in financial management roles, particularly in highly regulated industries like forex.
