This role is of the highest importance to our Affiliate Program, with accountability for managing some of our biggest affiliate accounts and taking these accounts to the next level as strategic media partners.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a gaming environment
- At least 5 years experience in account management
- Experience in working with PPC, pops and ad network publishers is considered an advantage
- A superstar communicator
- Methodical, numbers-driven and well organised
- High proficient user in excel and power-point
- Open and responsive problem-solving skills
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Be proactive and motivate others when necessary
- Knowledge in multiple languages is considered an advantage
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales results from strategic networks and partners
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with Affiliate Director to develop forecasts and models
- Build weekly and monthly reports to report on affiliate main KPI’s to Senior management
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing strategic networks
- Create monthly promotions and communications for strategic partners
- Continuously work on optimizing landing pages and onboarding processes throughout our strategic networks
- Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns
- Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of strategic networks
