RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement an innovative affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvements within the affiliate program to increase revenue and player acquisition.
- Affiliate Program Management:
- Manage and optimize the affiliate platform, ensuring smooth operation and accurate reporting.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Regularly review and negotiate affiliate deals, commission structures, and agreements to maintain competitive positioning.
- Affiliate Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing affiliates to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture new affiliates to expand the program and diversify traffic sources.
- Act as the main point of contact for affiliate-related queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Performance Analysis:
- Track, report, and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop and oversee KPIs for the affiliate program, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate commission payouts.
- Collaboration & Compliance:
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and compliance teams to align affiliate campaigns with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with iGaming regulations, advertising standards, and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience:
- Proven track record in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the iGaming market, including key trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with acquisition channels and player retention strategies.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
