We are working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a German speaking Retention Agent for their Limassol office.
Position: Retention Agent
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and trading profiles
- Promote new products and services to clients, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings
- Provide training and support to clients on the company’s platforms and trading tools, helping them maximize their experience
- Analyze client data and industry trends to identify opportunities for increasing client loyalty and developing strategies to enhance retention
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
- fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in FX sales is essential for understanding client needs and effectively engaging with them
- Knowledge of financial markets or trading experience is beneficial for providing clients with relevant insights
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus is required
- CySec Basic certification is an asset
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to meeting client needs
- Previous experience in sales is preferred, with a focus on client retention
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be a plus for tracking client data and performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and improve their experience
