We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed
Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team at
HFM.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising automated campaigns to drive lead generation, client retention, and overall marketing performance.
Your role at HFM:
- Manage and optimise the company’s marketing automation platform.
- Design and implement complex customer journeys and event-driven campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications).
- Plan, execute, and analyse multi-channel campaigns tailored to client segments and life cycle stages.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging messaging and visuals.
- Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor analytics and dashboards to optimize campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Leverage segmentation tools to create targeted customer journeys and dynamic content for personalized communication.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign strategies.
- Provide detailed reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Support regional teams with localized campaigns and contribute to overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure error-free campaign delivery.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- BSc/BA in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing automation, preferably in financial or brokerage sectors.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Solitics, Braze).
- Knowledge of event-driven triggers, segmentation, and data management.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and API integration; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
EU/EFTA citizens OR holders of a Cyprus work permit OR foreign nationals married to an EU citizen.
