Responsibilities
•Integration and balances with the liquidity providers.
•Develops and implements treasury operations policies and procedures.
•Performs daily group Crypto Digital Assets management and forecasting activities.
•Monitors and manages company’s daily Liquidity position.
•Provides daily/weekly/monthly cash/Crypto and liquidity reporting.
•Responsible for key relationship contact for LPs and Crypto Digital Asset Provider relationships across the group.
•Supports the development of future LPs and Crypto Digital Asset Provider relationships.
•Manages the Crypto positions across the group, ensuring Crypto assets and liabilities are matched.
•Manages the risks relates to the Treasury function (crypto/liquidity management) and based on market conditions.
•Supports finance and other departments in the provision of the regulatory crypto requirements (such as Client Asset & Liability daily reporting and Central Bank/Regulatory reporting).
•Interfaces with accounting requirements with the crypto assets transactions.
•Supports the provision of daily reconciliations of clients assets and clients liabilities as well as supporting the investigation of any issues with other departments.
•Ensures proper controls are in place for all regulatory requirements for the Crypto Digital Assets.
•Reviews any journal entries or accruals relating to interest expense, Crypto gains/losses, LPs fees, Earn interest for clients and the Company.
•Co-operation with Dealing department (pairs/trades/balances).
Qualifications
• Degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in Treasury for Crypto Exchange Companies or related.
• Advance excel skills.
• Teamworking.
• Ability to solve issues and suggest solutions relates to the treasury field.
• Able to Manage important financial tasks of the Treasury of the Company and take decisions with the approval of the CFO.
• Able to work on public Holidays with a retention basis (compensation on additional working hours).
