For Limassol - we are looking for a full-time office administrator in a small office, centrally located in town.
Looking for a person with experience in general office administration and logistics. The ideal candidate will be amongst others, in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations, handling various types of documents and invoices, entering documents and information in a Computer software program, arranging travel for office and offshore personnel, etc.
Requirements:
- 1) English language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2) Computer literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 3) Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Advantages (not compulsory):
1) Working with marine crews or offshore rig workers
2) Experience in a Travel Agency - work with plane tickets, hotels, trips
3) German language
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, with a 2-hour lunch break
Vacation days: According to the labour laws of Cyprus.
Contract: Will be signed upon commencement of work
Salary: It depends on qualifications and previous experience, 13 salaries per annum
