The UX Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing user experience across all marketing channels, ensuring seamless, user-centric designs that drive engagement and conversion. What does the job looks like?
The UX Designer will have the chance to:
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions and align with marketing goals.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys for marketing assets, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Design engaging, intuitive interfaces that ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
- Collaborate with the content, design, graphics, and web development teams to deliver visually compelling and functional designs.
- Continuously refine designs based on performance metrics, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis.
- Ensure designs are optimized for SEO, performance, and accessibility standards.
- Ensuring UX designs align with the company’s global branding strategy and marketing objectives.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Minimum of 3 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Proven track record of creating user-centric designs that drive engagement and conversions.
- Trading/Financial Service industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience in creating and analyzing user personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, or similar for user behavior analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- A creative mindset with a user-first approach to design challenges.
