Role Description
This is a rewarding and interesting role for a self-starter joining a quickly growing staffing solutions and services company. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Limassol.
The ideal candidate will possess very strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing client accounts
- Actively build, manage, and grow a substantial pipeline of new opportunities generating increasingly higher close ratios as the pipeline matures
- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Lead Generation
- Common Sense, Aptitude for logical work
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong grasp of both Greek and English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the staffing industry is a plus
