Due to continuous success and growth, we are currently seeking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
· Respond to Customer’s requests.
· Assist and support existing customers while following the Company’s rules and internal policies and procedures.
· Establish positive business and customer relationships.
· Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
· Follow all the Company’s guidelines in terms of compliance regulations.
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in the FX field is required.
· Must have a valid work permit for Cyprus.
· Good knowledge of MS Office.
· Familiarity with CRM practices.
· Dynamic and determined personality.
